ZENB and Our New Future

Our Mission, “Bringing Flavor to Life,” expresses our respect for nature and gratitude for food, which nourishes our bodies and minds. We launched the ZENB project to help make our planet a better place in 10 years‘ time, and champion the well-being of the earth, society, and all that dwell on it.
We will propose new dietary lifestyles in which we can enjoy delicious food that is also good for us.

ENB Noodle: World's First 100% Yellow Pea Long Noodles

ZENB Noodle is the world's first long noodle product using yellow peas.* That is why it was such a challenge to create delicious noodles from scratch. We wanted it to be 100% yellow pea, and to use the skin as well. We wanted to avoid thickeners and other binders. And we wanted to get a good pea flavor and the right texture for noodles. So we kept on making improvements, getting tips from chefs to help us along. It took three years of R&D, but we are pleased to bring you a staple food that you will not tire of eating everyday.

Eating Whole Vegetables

Vegetable peels, cores, and seeds actually contain more nutrients such as dietary fiber and polyphenols than the parts we usually eat. To enjoy these nutritious peels and cores, we focus on bringing out the full flavor of the ingredients. We achieve this by concentrating the taste of each ingredient according to its unique characteristics. For instance, we boil corn to bring out its sweetness, while using bell peppers raw to keep their fresh taste. We bring out the flavors and colors of these ingredients and turn them into a smooth paste. This allows us to achieve the rich taste that comes from using the whole vegetable.
